Return Policy
1. Return Period
At ARCADEX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to send it back to us.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Be in its original condition, unused and unopened.

Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned:

Items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Products purchased on sale or during special offers (unless defective).

Gift cards.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at contact@arcadex.us, mentioning your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Carefully pack the product and ship it to the address provided by email.

Keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund of the product amount within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.
6. Refunds
Once the return is approved, you will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
7. Product Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
